Too much politics in some teams Slow growth(All tools are internal, so growth in technical terms is good only till you are in Soc Gen, otherwise it's average growth overall

Great company with Flexible work culture, Great benefits in terms of leaves and medical policies, Great team to work with again depends from team to team.

Technology wise learning is low. Compensation is low compared to market standards.

No Layoffs, Company wise very good company, From package and benefits wise they can still work on, compared to other banks in the market Soc Gen package for experience professional is not that much great, I wont say its poor but not great. Freshers are getting good Salary.

Package and Promotion is bit slow, other than that everything is good in the company. Work is always there no pressure from Manager. Its more of taking individual responsibility

Salary structure may change any time without your permission and HR says it's management decisions. You need to find a job once you joined back from maternity, nobody helps you,you should give an interview like external employees.
