This is a permanent Remote job and the work culture is also very good. You'll get the opportunity to work with Global colleagues and Clients. Everyone is polite and helpful. They follow the concept of flexible timings and you can select your office hours as per your convenience and project requirements. As a TPM you'll get full power to implement and control your own event, nobody will interfere in your events. However, I found a culture of favoritism in some places because most of the employees are relatives of someone in a good position.

... reasons. It doesn't matter how good your performance is or if you're a veteran. They Fired many employees together in the past in the name of company restructuring or cost-cutting. When they have fewer upcoming events, they took such decisions more often. However, if you're looking for a corporate-office break, wanted to stay with your family, and wanted to earn at the same time, then this is the place but never be comfortable there, try to search for other options once you joined Social27.

I have been working here since past 8 months and it has been amazing experience! I never had such experience with any other company. Colleagues and Seniors are very supportive, it helps to ensure delivery of the task proficiently! Management listen to you and provides the resolution to your queries. Highly recommended place to work if you wanna learn and grow in your career!
