- no guidance or direction - Gurgaon office is monopolised by a guy who has no degree - office politics to the core - the founders are rude and clueless as they're always in the other branch offices - biased behaviour - highly sexist - was made to work when I was sick and then blamed for older employees mistakes

No respect for employees Extreme level of favouritism People in senior management are rude and arrogant Unwanted escalation happened every single day. The list goes on and on.
