The company is a joke. There is no management no higher authority who actually knows what digital marketing or any kind of marketing is. They just have connection for which they are getting clients and serving in the market. If you are truly dedicated towards learning marketing and working in this field. Try avoiding Social Neeti. You will not learn a single thing from them along with that they will deduct your salary on issues like 1 min late to punch in and many more. And if you have already got in there, don't try reaching out for any knowledge to any senior person. They are all clueless. Starting from the very top of the organisation.
