Dislikes

Absence of managerial culture is a double edged sword. While it ensures a culture of self governance and accountability, people sometimes lose sight of the bigger picture and require better direction. There is less of delegation and more of volunteering for work. Might not work as the organization scales up.

Likes

The work culture is phenomenal. There is freedom to pick and choose projects, verticals as well as horizontals. The team is very understanding and supportive. Everyone is free to voice their opinions and implement their ideas.

Dislikes

I don't think there is anything to dislike about the firm. However, they still have scope to add more verticals and expand their offerings.
