They are working in a very outdated version indesign. If you tell the management also the same thing, they wont listen. No work life balance. They are looting clients with the old designs and the materials they are putting for the interior work. Pathetic.

1. No work life balance 2. Weekly off is treated as comp off that too you are in mercy of your cluster head 3. Unrealistic sales targets 4. Sales people are treated like bonded labour 5. Long working hours 6.Terrible work culture

...HR is equally dumb to leak every report to the immediate manager and management. They deduct salary if you are late even by 1min but don't pay you for over time and expect you to work overtime without pay as your loyalty, dedication, and duty towards the organisation and help it grow while you burnout.

...e team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance
