1. Toxic culture at Gurgaon Region in sales and marketing depts 2. Leadership disconnected with local teams 3. No job security, except for Bangalore central team everyone else is on tenterhooks 4. Always fault finding with local teams and when fault happens at central level, they are ignored 5. Central marketing team has given local sales head driving seat for local marketing initiatives 6. There is no job security, people are asked to leave without severance pay else threatened with bad background checks

I am glad to working with Sobha Ltd (earlier known as Sobha Developers Ltd). As I have been working here since 2011, almost completed 7 years as on date, very good culture under an umbrella like comoany., Which is under supervision of respected seniors. Sobha is known for it's brand value in terms of quality of construction and timely deliverence. And it's true.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Sometimes, work pressure is high.
