1) When you required support from office end for Site team they all are busy in meeting all time. 2) Design team not able to prepare Drawing according to required by Client. Make many mistakes in drawing. Nobody check the drawing before release the drawing from Ho. 1) material approval very lengthy process and Procurement team provide the material for sites dealy due to coordination gap between the supplier

Work place is good, But salary package is way too less than other companies, No employee benefits except medical insurance. Good place for career learning, But no financial growth
