1) When you required support from office end for Site team they all are busy in meeting all time. 2) Design team not able to prepare Drawing according to required by Client. Make many mistakes in drawing. Nobody check the drawing before release the drawing from Ho. 1) material approval very lengthy process and Procurement team provide the material for sites dealy due to coordination gap between the supplier

There is no management only 2 /3 Parson are running this organization in their on style if you are able to polish them than its good for u other wise don't try

Dislikes
