The management donot care about safety or welfare of the employees, (how do I know, my position was safety offer for a few sites of sobha around Bangalore and I had to fight tooth and nail for getting the bare minimum requirements for the workers employed.

Good employee and management relation ship , employee will be given all responsibility which will increase his capabilities and exp.

Very Less growth , management will not reward your work , after u give your fullest . In projects the partiality is more .

A through professional company where I have learnt a lot of new technical things, especially works related to Metal industries. The management was also professional and ample time is given to an employess to fulfill his dreams.

Too much of prejudice when it comes to hiring only a select group of people were selected.
