Lots of projects in Soben and some time employees are facing pressure to due lots of submission and meet their deadlines to complete the submissions. Company need to find a way to reduce the pressure to the employee.

To be honest soben is right place to work but there ate some infringe employees there who always demotivate the intern they laugh at him and make them feel like dumb but otherwise it is good
