...a lot of politics within the team and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary is also not decent and career growth is slow. Appraisals are not fair, they don't give good salary hike.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. I traveled different places and lots of parties. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 10 hours straight in a day and night. Manager does not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do not receive appreciation.

It is a great company for freshers to start with and learn all the stuff. Appraisal is good for freshers and you will receive great bonuses on Diwali.

Dislikes

For experienced employees, this company is not that good but if you don't have a job then good to join here. Don't expect salary hike that you may ask.

I Love my job bcz ppl care about me as a person and about my professional growth. There is genuine spirit of co-operation and shared goals all revolving around helping each other.

Dislikes

I cant really say I actually dislike any of the work. I have done it for years , so i dont think i can honestly say i dislike it.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
