Using silly rules to block incentives of an employee. When I gave resignation, I was told that "you will receive dues after 45 days" But, they only cleared the salary part and told me that I am not eligible to get my hard earned incentive that was due from June 2021 till October 2021. They told me you have not completed the notice period and 1 month salary paid to buy the notice period was only for providing documents to you. Thus, I would like to tell every new and existing employee to obtain details about your incentive in writing from management, or you will also have to face similar situation whi

Job security was very good. If you did the work on time and you followed all of the SEO team's advice and the manager's instructions you were given a lot of praise and appreciated for your work. Work culture - Very compartmentalized. You will get full privacy and your own safe bubble in which you will be able to work nicely and without any interference. Sometimes there was pressure to complete the work very fast but it was very rare. Management - Very kind, sweet, polite, and friendly. Company policies - Normal 9 hour day shifts and every Sunday off and every alternate Saturday off.

The content writers had to write 2400 words every day when I joined. Then it was increased to 2600 but the salary was not increased by even 1 rupee. Then 2700. Then 3000. That was when I resigned from the company. Writing 3000 words in one day in 9 hours would make the content quality go down but the management was not willing to listen to that and kept pressurizing the content writers to write more and more without increasing the salary. Also, there was no job training and the content writers were expected to start writing 3000 words from day 1 on their own using their own research. No guidance from the senior management or the SEO team whatsoever (except exceptional SEO team members who were very helpful).

There is no importance of medical staff. we did extra shift or extra hours but they did not give overtime not even duty compensation. There is no cooperation in the staff specially in the medical staff of delhi. Coordination is part of job but i didn't get the coordination from my colleagues and not even get it from my managers. So actually I m not satisfied with the environment of this company and I never felt secure in this SNVA company. This is the reason I don't want to work in this company anymore.

Fake universities for which you will be hired to sell products . Can abscond you anyday without paying your salary for the days you have worked even if you take a 2 days leave after informing your RM . They will fool you by saying incentives are very good which they dont give till 6 months . Do not fall in this trap .
