There’s nothing to like, dumb managers with some dumb accent can’t even speak properly in english and their hindi accent is so yuck.

Salary, strict timings, dumb uneducated managers, poor work culture, poor work ethics, politics.

The Hiring process is easy.

1) Salary is not on time. 2) HR deduct salary by force marking you absent even if you are present. 3) Shouting and name-calling on the floor, very very unprofessional people. 4) Sometime Rotational shifts. 5) No work-life balance. 6) No increment, work on the same salary for months or year. 7) They will do things to you that you will be forced to quit.

I like because I was the nursing incharge in Delhi medical Department. One thing is good about this company that HR team is always ready to help especially Ms. Farzin Desai. Thanking you

There is no importance of medical staff. we did extra shift or extra hours but they did not give overtime not even duty compensation. There is no cooperation in the staff specially in the medical staff of delhi. Coordination is part of job but i didn't get the coordination from my colleagues and not even get it from my managers. So actually I m not satisfied with the environment of this company and I never felt secure in this SNVA company. This is the reason I don't want to work in this company anymore.

Fake universities for which you will be hired to sell products . Can abscond you anyday without paying your salary for the days you have worked even if you take a 2 days leave after informing your RM . They will fool you by saying incentives are very good which they dont give till 6 months . Do not fall in this trap .
