Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I like the Design Thinking Based approach in teaching & learning.I thank the management for giving me this wonderful opportunity.Learnt Many things as a leader.our institution has motivated to develop our self in the area of design thinking Approach. i am so happy that i worked in this reputed Institution.

I like the design thinking approach in SNS College of Nursing, Down to earth management, Very good infra structure , spacious campus, always traveling with us to motivate our team work. Students can excel not only in academics , can excel in extra curricular and co curricular activities Covid ,sports quota,alumni scholarship services are extraordinary service to the students.
