Mainly salary is low promotion is not given in a properly in employes & yearly is not given appraisal .

Salary is credited on 7th every month that is the only Good thing about this company.

1. Awful Human Resource Department. 2. No Work Culture at all. 3. Only King is Shiv Shankar Bhatt, director, who can through you at anytime.

From last 1 year I am working with SNN nice team Review ... coordination is very good ... it is very great opportunity to work with SNN.... Top most builders I have ever seen in BANGALORE....

Working as Site Engineer- you can learn things here, good for beginners unless you have good teaching Site Managers or Senior Site Engineers.

Nowadays because of new contractor, politics is increased. Contractor side MD involves unnecessarily everywhere. Can't trust such people.

Up to 2015 it was good, good nature of staffs, good down to earth project managers it was humble to work there after 2015,some buckets enterd in to the management system ,they are spoiling the company nature, I requesting to managing director kindly remove the buckets (viruses) which are in head office which will spoil snn family ,and dominating other staff and ruling with the help of some directors and spoiling the company nature.
