SNB infrastructure company basically working infrastructure project.this company provide all benefits to our staff and paying wages on regular basis. I like it and doing work since 2016 to till now.total experience I have approximately 4 years.i am working honestly and there is no any dues on me during working period

I like to change this company basically to growth my salary and joining another company.monthly wages paying on time and provide incentive to all staff

releasing of salary in time was a biggest task for the organization. No working etiquette. No job security, No skill development, other than salary no other benefits. Salary is given in parts that too after so many reminders and followups. Worst place for working.

Promises were not fulfilled after joining the company.

Teammates supports every time when we are in trouble they always stand behind you in every difficult situation. Management and company policies are good as compared to other's

Dislikes

If the person who's working on a site or we can say if that person is not capable of doing the work ...they never fired them every time they just gives a chance to improve yourself...this is the most disadvantage of this company...it Directly affects on the company's income

Likes

It is the oldest shore Piling firm since 50 decades. It is however a very reputed firm amongst the construction industry. It helps to upgrade one's profile as it gives handful knowledge of soil investigation, deep foundation, rock anchoring and it's mechanism. There are many to learn in detail if interested.

Dislikes

Payment scheme may not be suitable for every different authorities of workers.
