-Good incentives structure

-High attrition in Recruitment Team (6-8 people left the org in 6 months span) -They dont have a single recruiter who completed 6 months in the company -They wont even allow to serve your notice period. Its completely unethical and improper way to deal your employees

If any employee would expect secure their job and their colleagues also good and must be following the company rules and regulations and good environment ,some infrasture facility.

When the department has not paid the salarys to the employees at a time

When I joined the work environment was very good. Good appraisal, Flexible timings, regular team outings or party etc. Note: all these good things deteriorated over the years. I am not sure about the reason.
