Dislikes

There's lots of things to share but it's just waste of time. But I'll describe in brief. 1. Hierarchy- 0% (I don't even know after 10 months who's my junior is. Because I don't follow the favoritism culture.) 2. Management & Their decisions -0%(Lack of industry knowledge. Management even unable to separate the departments at core level.) 3. Toxic Environment- 100%(There's union at Top to bottom level where's the incharges are following the favoritism culture.) 4. Hiring skills- 0% (From last 8 months there's no HR at this company. 5. Breach of trust- Benefits are far away I didn't get any medical card/Facilities which I paid for every months. 6. Work life balance- There's no timing & shift hours what they are claim for. You didn't get any single rupees as OT even you are working 16 hours or 18 hours. You can't plan for any type of leave or holiday if manpower is unavailable at that time. There's no national holiday.

After you join this organization, the management will eventually demand ridiculous things without providing the infrastructure. This organization is biased in terms of employee management and decision making. Being a startup this organization tries to think a lot but people will hardly see its implementation in actual. Hiring happens with false promises snd misrepresentation of ethics. People, having no knowledge at all, takes about things which aren't even in their capacity.
