As a result, lower and mid-level staff often face layoffs, appraisals are consistently delayed for unexpected timelines, and no arrears are provided for these delays. While leaders are rewarded for cost-saving measures, their approach primarily involves doubling the workload for the remaining staff and firing staffs. If you're an experienced professional, I would advise against joining due to the company's instability.

- work life balance is not good - production issues over weekend - expectation of active response over weekend - No proper mentorship - irrational and sudden decision by management

I do not like peektime. Sometime supervisor said sudanlly do overtime in festival time. rotational shift,rotational week off.and never give hollyday in festival.
