In private jobs, everyone try to work according to the company, and they can develop their skills. But when I worked in this company a lot of new thing I learned When I joined this company that time company was start up so I thought there would be an opportunity to grow up myself but I was wrong. There was no job security.

As a result, lower and mid-level staff often face layoffs, appraisals are consistently delayed for unexpected timelines, and no arrears are provided for these delays. While leaders are rewarded for cost-saving measures, their approach primarily involves doubling the workload for the remaining staff and firing staffs. If you're an experienced professional, I would advise against joining due to the company's instability.

I do not like peektime. Sometime supervisor said sudanlly do overtime in festival time. rotational shift,rotational week off.and never give hollyday in festival.
