Amazing learning, Rapid growth not only from the positions but salary as well. I feel if you focus only on your work and avoid the involvement in any politics or talking about someone else senselessly then no affect on your career.

Dislikes

Office distance is much far which they should think of. Even not providing cab facility which employees dislike.

- Compensation is decent if you are coming a small firm

- work life balance is not good - production issues over weekend - expectation of active response over weekend - No proper mentorship - irrational and sudden decision by management

I like seniors sport and flexible working hour salary company give us nasta every day I like it yes job security .

Dislikes

I do not like peektime. Sometime supervisor said sudanlly do overtime in festival time. rotational shift,rotational week off.and never give hollyday in festival.
