Overall everything is company is good. Work culture and job security is great. Very less compensation as compared to market. very less pressure and company is using older technologies.

During as a part of company nothing.But when you will separate from company then HR department will not at all support in BACKGROUND VERIFICATION done by new employer also they will not respond your emails.

You are the owner of the task. Do as you like and no-one frets about it as long as solution works and is efficient. No curve fitting during appraisals. No lengthy processes. Overall a flexible company and open to any type of negotiations.

People who work are taken for granted. If you are good at something and they know it, your work life balance will go to toss.

This company is product based company and it always adopts latest technology. I am happy to be a part of this organization which makes haigh quality products and provide more security and has a global clients base.

The company is very good but technical groth it is slow. I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes due to long conversation I late into the night but not more than 8 pm
