Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It's culture is totally different. You may get both traditional values as well as world class education at one place.

Dislikes

Medical insurance and medical leaves are not given by management. You have only 8 to 10 CL to utilise for any work.

It gives many opportunities to the teachers for their professional growth. The freedom that it provides to bring innovation in the teaching learning process is praiseworthy. It is one of those few organisation that respects the teaching profession and gives due credit to their hardwork in the field of education. The high class technology based learning provided to students in an environment that is very close to world class teaching assures the bright and successful future for our young generation An Excellent Educational Environment
