... of authenticity and support, resulting in a high turnover rate among engineers. Additionally, the prevalent practice of copying and pasting, coupled with the absence of salary increments, is disheartening.Very bad behavior. Not cooperative management staff. Not finding genuine point.

Work life balance. On time going to home. No extra working on Saturdays. Strictly 5 days week.

HR policies. No early going to home facility. Salary deduction with late mark. No flexible timings. No go out for tea breaks.

Few of them are... 1. No job security, any time management will ask you to resign. 2. Dictatorship is there from management. 3. Horrible HR policy. 4. No Women safety. 5. No proper project management. (A big fat person will give you work to complete and then allow to go home). 6. No flexible timing. 7. Once come to office can't go out for any emergency work or taking parcel (parcel not allowe in office) or for snacks. 8. They cut salary for 5 minutes of tea break. 9. Times are fixed for tea, breakfast and snacks 15 minutes each if you are late salary will deducted. 10. They (Women from top to bottom of management) make any rules as they want. 11. Since most of the people are from remote are they don't know their rights. Management take advantage over them. 12. Some people are Narrow minded. 13. Anything damaged accidentally like chair, mouse, wire, toilet tap, coffee cup your salary will be deducted. 14. Uneducated HR department without any degree (they hardly know MS Excel). 15. 5 holidays in a year. No holiday in Holi, Ganpati, etc. 16. Unnecessary shouting on people always by a person and make them feel useless. 17. Not good working culture in office. 18. People who are old (3-4) in team are good in politics. 19. No overtime for late night working. If you are coming from any MNC or good company you will suffer a lot here.

Even after having money they do not want to share with employees and giving basic salary from 1st day of lock down and ordered employees to work more than working hours even for Saturday and Sunday

It's a good consultancy firm for freshers, only to start their career but for 6 to 8 months.

Not recommended for experienced professionals at all as there is no scope of progress in terms knowledge and value addition to your skill set. They do not follow any Indian or International standards for designing, like NBC, IPC, UPC etc. everything is based on their own standards, you won't get a chance to use your knowledge or experience. There are so many mistakes in each and every project due to external interference by some people. It is completely useless. They will forcefully ask you to join them without serving notice period in previous company and they will agree to give experience letter with addition to previous company's experience. But when you leave, they will not agree to give you the said experience letter which is actually committing fraud. The work culture and working environment is very very toxic. People are not professional. No HR Policy, increment and incentives are based on people's behavior with their senior i.e. brown nosing will help you secure a good raise. Too much micro-management, each and ever hour they will ask for work update just to create a false sense of urgency and to pressurize the employee. Worst experience ever. 10/10 would not recommended it to anyone.
