Their is 1 year bond, and have to ssacrifice first month salary till the 1 year complete then it will you get as per bond. 2 month notice period, but not sure it will maybe 3 months sometimes.

Good. You can select the sensor. You can designed electrical and pneumatic drawing. Director have good understanding of the basic principal of electrical and mechanical.

If urgency we have to work on Sunday also. No work life balance. Expectation to high.

Great learning experience to new comers freshers and opportunity to directly work with MD's and learn from them and responsibilities are more which makes employee able to become allrounder in every field like electrical, mechanical electronics. The company is good in measurement machine gives result in micron. The company has many big customers from bearing industry. I get to travel to other states like gujarat, karnataka, rajasthan, delhi frequently for machine installation. Now company planning to export machine abroad.

No proper work system is here. No proper planning is there. Urgent work come every time no time given for project.

Company had a very good learning environment especilly for freshers,you can get plenty of knowledge about current heavy industries. The company continuoly improving in current condition.

Dislikes

Talking about company's ergonomics,it needs to be improved.Because most of the employee's were not satisfied by the company's comphensation towards them.
