Salary is never given on time. There is always a backlog of minimum three months. No salary has been given since last six months. Administration is not supportive for teachers . The institute is running for its own benefits. Every employee is dissatisfied.

Likes

Overall a good organisation for freshers. Great facilities for patients & staff. Good place for Hands on experience from different verticals of hospital departments.

Dislikes

SALARY, APPRAISALS, REWARDS & RECONGNITION, FAVOURISM, FEEDBACKS, HOSTEL FACILITY, WORKING ENVIRONMENT ETC will get less ratings.

Likes

Teachers r pampering students n no hard talk or scolding.

Dislikes

Lobbying amongst employees. Relatives of the owner n employees of owner's community r high handed n create troubles fr genuine hard working employees. No professional behaviour n no professional enviornment in institute mostly employees gossip against owner. Need of bouncers to stand near a group of two employees or more n keep n eye on dem to prevent lobbying.
