Excellent work environment. Management is highly supportive and transparent. Teammates are very cooperative, appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bonus are given every year.

Dislikes

There is nothing that l dislike about working at SRS GnyanDham School.

Likes

There is nothing great, you have to bow in front of rich people whose children study here. Even if those children do drugs we have to say ok. Teachers working here since 20 yrs know nothing about the world outside.

Dislikes

No culture for improvement, nothing is upto mark, they have rules which was 20 yrs back. Teachers are not upgraded. Nothing innovative. Lots of Partiality. Politics is major. Even small children know how teachers play. Heavy fee but no quality education. They don't work on overall welfare of child. We have to keep our children here because we work here. It's compulsory to keep our children in this school. For every extra curricular extra fee to be paid.

I like the environment there and everyone use to work together.

Dislikes

Some times we do not celebrate all the festivals it must be necessary to celebrate all of it so that children should know about the festivals.
