SMS SIEMAG OVT KTD is a very Gud German organisation and they have collaboration with all indian steel companies which manufacture steel and SMS seimag is one big comonay which provide technology for the manufacturing of the steel and how to generate best quality and all latest Gernal Equipments and technology as well

Dislikes

Sarcasm and hectic field work when on sute and you will mostly be on sites far away from home and head office in Gurgaon, I was in main head office for only 2 months and then was send for traning and Commissioning of some steel via diifrent means and form.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
