...loyees in cash, cheating with employees in paying their salaries and expenses No growth, no bonus , no diwali Holi gift, no employees Insurance, even they deduct PF which is given by employer from the salary of employees No future no work culture Really a bad experience of my life that's why I need to change this company on utmost priority

Product is very good because this is pure fresh pulp base juice without chemicals The company is open to innovation and Read my adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products&has a global client base as a result.wish me u all good luck for my work and future growth.

Dislikes

There is the wirk preshere is very high some times I work 12 to 16 hours And R.m. Do bat value an individual's. We need samples and broshers of our company but not find in time.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
