Dislikes

Salary hikes, incentives, promotion frequency is very less hence career growth is slow. Training sessions don't happen. As no target oriented working fashion employees becomes lazy to work which is already affecting their professional career.

I'm the fresher for this company while I joining, but now I have completed 5 years in this company and still continue in this family, I m happy that I got a opportunity to show my courage and my skills of working in this company only, I joined as a trainee in this company but now I'm a shift-Incharge of a whole shift. Can directly contact HR about problems, they solve it soon,facilities of accommodation, travelings, in everything they will be with us. New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
