Salary hikes, incentives, promotion frequency is very less hence career growth is slow. Training sessions don't happen. As no target oriented working fashion employees becomes lazy to work which is already affecting their professional career.

Can directly contact HR about problems, they solve it soon,facilities of accommodation, travelings, in everything they will be with us. You will receive the salary in the same month if there is delay they will clear all the due payments with in two months.There is no politics at site level and the employees are so good as We don't know the corporate culture and politics
