Salary hikes, incentives, promotion frequency is very less hence career growth is slow. Training sessions don't happen. As no target oriented working fashion employees becomes lazy to work which is already affecting their professional career.

I'm the fresher for this company while I joining, but now I have completed 5 years in this company and still continue in this family, I m happy that I got a opportunity to show my courage and my skills of working in this company only, I joined as a trainee in this company but now I'm a shift-Incharge of a whole shift. Can directly contact HR about problems, they solve it soon,facilities of accommodation, travelings, in everything they will be with us.
