All possible rules are followed by company. So long we did worked from home with regular salary.

Working for company is good. Group of company is very good. Loss of job is not at all expected from such established group in Covid situation.

No job security and no career growth/innovation. Only politics is the guiding factor in all the company decisions. Work environment is terrible and you won't get a single chance to display your technical skills, as the top management are from non-technical background and understands everything except technical.

Dislikes

...ot join here to destroy own career. You may be fired anytime without any reason. This company should be the last option in world if you want to join with a low salary and no job security and fluctuating management decisions.

Good Job Security and Nice and supportive work culture and good company policies. and Yearly Training Program Held and good practice for Sociality and environment and other Program organized.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.
