The good thing is that IC has retained the original name of company i.e. SMPL only. Benefits are many and so are a few constraints associated with a large corporate house and remains indispensable. Liberty in working is as what it was earlier with a difference that one can propose to higher-ups for concluding instead of concluding at our level only . Highest level management is always encouraging to bring out the best with genuine appraisal at genuine instance.

Dislikes

The only grudge is delay in decision making due to a very structured hierarchy in a corporate culture. Future prospects are good due to a much wider horizon due to size of company, a much larger field to run .

1)COMPANY IS WORKING ON NETWORKING SYSTEM AS PER MANAGEMENT BUT ACTUALLY IT IS BYPASSING SYSTEM. 2)MIDDLE MANAGEMENT IS NOT GIVEN RESPECT AS PER EXPECTED .3) CREDIT IS NOT GIVEN TO THE PERSON WHO IS DOING WORK. 4) QUESTIONS ARE BEING ASKED BUT THE ANSWERS ARE NOT BEING SHARED .5) BIASED & NOT LISTENING PROPERLY IS THE TOP TECHNICAL TEAM & TRYING TO DEMOTIVATE THE SUBORDINATES IN FRONT OF THEIR SUBORDINATES

Smpl is a good company for secure job especially Freshers.Its guides good knowledge and experience at different working places.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes and to work 14-18 hours continues.
