Dislikes
The working culture in stores are too harsh. The seniors acts too bossy and show terrible attitude.
One more thing I disliked about the place is the way they handle the mistakes of their jr. colleagues or freshers. In many instances the seniors will use slang or foul words to scold their juniors. Glad that I just resigned and started focusing on building career in other field.
Please don't join the company
They had taken the interview and I got selected and got the offer letter. I accept the offer and 1 week before the joining they revoked the offer Saying that the company is in the economic Loss.
Vimal sharma founder of the company took my final interview - This is completely not accepted
Please don't play with people carrier
Shaonli Roy Kapur is the HR of these company she is very rude she did'nt even told the reason properly why she revoke the offer.
Very unprofessional and its not accepted
They play with people emotion
All the job searcher please think twice before joining
The only thing that makes you motivate to work here is your passion.
Dislikes
1.No work life balance at all.
2.Daily working hours more then 12 hours and weekends and busy time we don't know when we will go to home.
3. Even you work for more than 12 hours you won't get any additional amount like Over time pay or any additional incentives amount.
4. There is no rotational shift in day and night shifts. If you working on night shift life long you will work on same shift.
5. All they want is their business nothing else just reach their targets nothing else.
6. No flexible with the leaves if you want to take your weekly off also you need to ask permission two days before.
7. Lack of shortage in skilled employees. So who working there they need to share the pressure of work even though that man power is not enough to complete the work.
8. Management and HR team sucks nobody even ask the employes about the what they are facing.
9. Completely toxic work culture work like there is no tomorrow. All employees need is smoking and tobacco. Management don't fallows the government norms. Like force their employs to work more than 9 hours daily and gives normal salary no over time pay no additional incentives.
10. And after all this company will say we are all family. It's a indigestive word that ever heard in my life. People who working here they don't have any hope, respect, motivation. Literally Iam just felt like iam just living for just work in this company their is nothing else in my life. It's a absolutely slavery work nothing else.
Small organisation, cash strapped with unrealistic targets hoping to satisfy their delusion and not really having a culture that accommodates the ideas or personalities brought by the experienced people joining.
I had a 10 years of experience it was a amazing bliss chocolate limited, staffs r very good. The boss Vimal Sharma is very nice person , v have learned good things . Thanks for u and bliss family
