There is very less chances for promotion.If u r having a good relationship with ur boss then only there is a chance for promotion BT this is also true,they are not harmful for your job.

Customer satisfaction with my work Happens, Training and growing the Team, the job is secure, Employee growth in the company is very slow, Salary is available time to time and bonus is available every year.
