Salary and perks are below par. Growth for individuals after 9-10 years of experience is completely owned by themselves, manager has no role in one's growth. One's assigned with products irrespective of technology expertise of the individual. Most products are owned by German and French teams, only small migrations and tasks are assigned to teams in india. Innovation is a distant term as most people have gotten into a comfort zone and they hardly think beyond their day to day activities. Since most managers or leaders are from service background, you will experience a political game played in every aspect, may it be product development or your personal growth. Most products are written in C++ or core Java. Hence the opportunity to learn the latest technologies is abysmally low.

I like only the flexibility given and some internal trainings and certifications offered

Dislikes

No role classification no equivalent salary to the work u are doing. You are simply dumped with work and no job security. No advanced technology. No recognitions and awards to motivate. The more years you work you are treated simply unrecognized. I do see internal politics and partiality . The policies sometime don't match to what exactly the business is into. If you want to get mentally disturbed, then yes, its a best place to join. Think.
