...e very rude. They talk very rudely. They will yell at you for no fault of yours. No salary increment. No paid leaves, At the time of interview he told me you will get increment later and you will get paid leaves, your pf will get deduct. After joining they slowly show me their true faces first they cut my salary for taking leaves and when I asked they told me no leaves we provide after a year you will get paid leaves. And the leaves system is like after 20 days of work you earn 1 leave. And when I asked for PF they told me your PF will get deduct after 3 months. After 3 months I asked them the account department why my PF not get deducted, she said owner told her that PF will get deduct from my salary, both contribution of employer and employee. When I told owner who have interviewed me, he was like why are you stucked in the interview discussion, we will give you revised offer letter its upto you to accept it or reject it. If you feel the company is doing wrong then you can leave the job, after working here for the months they show me their true colors. I asked other employees, they was like its not new for them it's already happend with them. And now I can't leave the job before 1 years cause other company will ask me before joining ang again I will not get any hike on my current salary as I did not get here.

Nothing to like about company. There is no proper management for working employees.

...ave no manners how to talk with employees and understand the employees problems. - There is no respect for the engineers and no career growth low salary no success. - Worst company ever I worked totally bad experience. - No work satisfaction and don't have culture for employees.
