Smile Foundation is one of the best national level NGO in India. There's good work environment and culture. Salary credit on time. Teammates are very supportive. 100% job security.

...this foundation, I observed management are involved in some gossip and politics. The career growth is very slow, personally I didn't got any salary hike during this period may be due to CORONA epidemic. No cafeteria, gaming zone etc.

.... From staff to teammates and teammates to seniors all very nice and supportive. When it comes to salary and appraisal that is also you'll get every year accordingly your profile. Your hardwork will never ignored. Everyone will praise you for your good work and always be there on your down times also.

I don't like salary coming late it's a very bad part about the organization.

The rest of the departments have a holiday on Saturday, IP people have a holiday only on the second Saturday and Sunday

The culture, they not only onboard an employee but gives him/her enough scopes to upskill, be competitive through continuous training and development. A flexible work culture with utmost transparent communication between two parties enabled the team to foster the work along with clarity and with a proper set of deliverables.

The "appraisal and promotion" section of HR could have been better.
