Very good company , No budget limitations for any new initiative , Job security is good but their are so toxic environment create by some People ,

Dislikes

1. There are toxic environment create by some People for personal growth 2. Extra working hours without any pay ( 10-12 hours daily) 3. Too much politics and feverism 4. There are a lot of old employees here Who keep the new Joining under pressure so that they leave the company in a few months and then Again new hiring ( hired and fired) 4. Promotion and growth very slow , after 6-7 years Promotion . 5. Canteen and transport facilities are not good . If you have no any job then join this company ( current situation ,) may be work environments will be change after some years because company has lot of business and will come more business)

...upportive and the management is transparent. Matherson company is MNC company . And good company policies are good, give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics & avoid using offensive language at the junior person.

I am like this company because it is. A good good company and good environment and staff there are staff do the support with me .... And on my mistake forgive me and right direction give me and carrier is very good
