...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and then management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the training is not given to new joiners.

Dislikes

Permotion & increament policy not good. Only HOD appreciated and permoted. Joineer staff not get permotion since long time. In same period HOD get two or three permotion. Now Mr Ravinder Admin & plant head Mr Dinesh Chand trying to convert this company as a lala company. They started harassing employees for their personal benefit.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
