Senior staff treating behaviour the new staff not all the staff only few staff only and that person change the game . No celebrate in festival days, no outting in a year, no extra benefits. No sport activities.

It was my first experience in industrial sector as an engineer and experienced lots of technical issue relating to it . SMC pvt ltd is a production company of paver block of different sizes and shapes. Although a good experience!!

Dislikes

There was no job security and also the career growth. Salary was very poor .

SMC CORPORATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Chennai is a centralised organisation....sarath Chandra rout , pradeep it stable (SMC salary wasted person) her for salary only bcz this two persons higher management contacted person ...can you please fired this two persons we will achieving our target every month based on material availability... Actually I'm E.DINESHKUMAR... Waiting for pradeep position long time for whole SMC benefits.... please consider me for that position...
