I joined the company as fresher and they have provided every opportunity for me to grow my career in software industry. I had a very good manager who has great knowledge in Tech. CEO and the rest of the staff are very supportive and they have great vision.

Dislikes

During my tenure at SMBXL, I didn't have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the market. The tech stack they used was not aligned with current industry trends, which limited exposure to more modern tools and practices.

I really enjoyed the collaborative and supportive work environment. The team is always willing to help. The thing I appreciate most is the company’s encouragement for continuous learning if you’re willing to learn new tools or technologies there are plenty of opportunities to do so. This has helped. me grow my skills. Additionally the focus on quality and a healthy work life balance is a truly enjoyable and fulfilling place to work.

While my experience is mostly positive but I felt sometimes that communication between different teams could be improved. There were instances where clearer information would have helped streamline processes.

Like the nature and ideology of CEO. Very much down ti earth and nice mentor.

Dislikes

Worst management. Don't know how to handle employees but use personal reasons while treat employees. You could join the company because of the CEO as he is very nice towards employees and people friendly. But the team under him is very worst. No professional work culture. They policy is always like #hire to #fire.
