Now a days the trends for fairly promotions might be good but it works effectively when your known employee or boss already working in the org. If you coming here thru consultation firm or something other way except reference then don't assume you will get faily promotions.

When I join the company that time am only working alone in store HR person told me I will arrange staff but more than six month no staff join in store and HR person told me I will give you good increment but when increment letter came there mentioned 2000 Rs then I call the HR and I ask him sir this is your increment am working alone long time without any support, then he will promice me I will take approval of your increment letter but still he fail on his word and now he telling your increment approval letter sending for sign but when I call sir pls provide me the letter all time he says wait I will give you the letter after 14 month he says same word I will arrange your increment letter. And then I will resign and he will accept my resign.
