I worked here for more than 2 years. It was a good experience. They give good salary package, maternity leave benefits and I was provided even work from home benefit after maternity leave. Team members are supportive.

No leave benefits - salary deducted if there leave. And second also not good for example - if you are late one hour so you have to work one hour more. Delay salary - salary will be received 12 days late every month Bond Agreement system is not good. You can't leave the job until the bond expire

I have been working in Smartinfosys.net snice 2018 as QA Analyst. Here I expanded my knowledge very rapidly, compared to what I knew when I was fresher. In my opinion, this is the best company in Surat for fresher as well as experienced staff. The atmosphere of the company is very good, which helps employees to focus on their work. The infrastructure and resources provided helps me to fulfill all my tasks properly.

A place where you can 'Enhance and Furnish' your skill not only in technical field only also you interpersonal skill, better communication and collaboration. It helps me a lot to boost my confidence and boost my career. It has friendly environment and HR and CEO are very helpful and give guidance to do best work.

Nothing to like at all. They force their employee to give good feedback on different platform like Glassdoor or Ambitionbox. So if you read anything good, do not trust.
