The management only appreciates those people who speaks a lot. Here work doesn't matter only your communication skills matter. If you are good programmer don't expect that they will appreciate your work.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...y carrer as trainee from there at nagpur branch.no value of employee in company.they had forced me to leave company cause they had no reason that why company not giving me good package.i was in top 3 in rank when i was training.I completed my client project on time while we was in training period.i leave this company because i did not got package from which i can survive.they were playing politics.thats was my journey in smartdata.

Respect everyone either experience or trainee. Trainee is also company asset. Your experience developer can kick your company anytime but not trainee. Stop politics.dont run company for your own profit.give it to employee.they will give you 10 time of that profit.

It was very good experirnce working with smartData. I have learnt lot more while working here my teammates and seniors were very helping and cooperative. I didnt experienced any politics here. Work enviornmrnt was very good.
