...ile providing the loan. My words are not enough that how bad this company is..coming to salary part they will put you In PIP if you get sick for three days. Medical documentation are also not working here but ya they will ask to submit you. They will not provide CTC where PF and ESI should be deducted for future benefit. May be their Employees are not interested in filing ITR. If any one has got offer please take it but don’t join..

...this company since I was manager I have seen many bad things in this company, They will hire you but work environment are too bad mobiles are not allowed on floor,no incentive for agent only salary that to less than 18k No PF, No Insurance Or ESI First thing work culture is too worst. If you do hard work or smart work there is no value and no incentive only salary will get it

It is Good to Freshers to learn something new from the company, Friendly, Team Leads, Managers, they will teach very Well to new Peoples, its Good to join for freshers

Experienced Peoples if their previous salary is more than 20+ then its better not join, because wont get more than 21+, except salary everything is good.

1st thing the work environment is the best. Then coming to the cultural activities and fun activities and benifits everything is very good.

Nothing to dislike in smartcoin but only thing that is being an issue is the salary date on 7th of month

camaraderie among the colleagues is good. Work quality is good, and also challenging at times. Plenty to learn on the job.

Dislikes

No trust from the higher management towards employees leading to unnecessary policies like attendance policy and a very strict leave policy. Micromanagement is promoted, managers are good so they handle it, but pressure to micromanage is put from the top. Expectation to work weekends and overtime to meet tight goals. Appraisals are always delayed. Hybrid work policy is as good as not being there.
