...I was joined the organisation on sep 2022, And adding the positive points below 1) work culture was fantastic 2) Good package was offered 3) well organised and supportive team, all team members of smart working was very supportive 4) Time shift was flexible 5) Very supportive during emergencies 6) Permanent work from Home gives a biggest advantage over every thing

Adding the cons below 1) For any leave we need to ask client to approve first, it won’t create a good impression on client, This can be done by smart working itself

...are directly working for UK companies. It involves permanent work from home. After relieving I got the salary, relieving letter without any hassle. So far found nothing that I didn't liked about the organization.

Extreme micromanagement Time tracking and screenshot using Time doctor ( This is not mentioned any time during interview) They say they trust you but they have trust issues seriously.

No work life balance. Always monitoring your work through time doctor. Not communicating clients doesn't understand employees problems. Very poor management. Fake promises of increment and speacially dont trust Max Rowse he gets the things done and dont pay bonus at all.

Salary on time , weekend off ,permanenet work from home so you will pay for your electricity, etc bills Joining bonus and medical insurance

Dislikes

Leave policy is not the best as client have different calender , no promotion or industry standard hike , no recognition even if work at full potential no upskilling opportunities
