...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

India's no. 1 direct selling organization by promoting IT education,health, agriculture,life style etc. totally business base concept.It's concept weekly incentive income and there are big bonus facilities in this organization. Strong point team work, training system,family security and all most important skills develop in this organization. Overall best organization.

They are literally no supporting. From month April they are deducting 30% of salary sometimes and sometimes 50% of salary and not on time about 20-25 days lats.

Really a terrible experience I had when I worked in this company.. Salary will not credits ontime Sunday many sunday I had worked from Saturday morning 10 to night 3 AM Sunday No OT provided for extra hours duty we did. need to continue billing and dispatch untill the Last IBA, or Smart shoppe owner left . without thinking about working hours. Every Sunday need to work till 3-4 Am from Saturday morning 10. Salary they provide for fresher below 10 K.. If we talk to IBA Or Smart shoppe owner that office working hours ends we will close office..They will directly contact to their leaders..And immediately we will get call from our area manager or higher authority that we received complaint against you .. No separate executive for billing and dispatch.. Billing will be done in their own domain..no any other Accounting software like Tally, SAP etc.. So not much use outside the experience what we get in this job.

It was fun to learn things like how to communicate with people & there was so much to learn from individual leaders which makes me keep motivating to work.

Only one thing there is no fix amount or u can say salary based work its completely based upon ur hard work
